Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify bp99c immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
bp99c is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. bp99c may suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform or its other players.
The minimum deposit amount at bp99c is RM 30. bp99c accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. bp99c reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. bp99c targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to the player's bank processing times. bp99c is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bp99c account. bp99c does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. bp99c reserves the right to immediately suspend access, void all pending bets, and permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, without obligation to provide prior notice or refund of funds where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp99c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bp99c platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
bp99c's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bp99c account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
